when everyone is cheering and accepting EV's it is important to note that to mine the lithium(Most important component of the EV battery) we are emitting 35% more pollution compared to that of fossil fuel and also only 5% of batteries gets recycled while others get dumped which results into soil pollution(as lithium gets into the soil).
