Hi All, I am Sachin from Mumbai (Thane). I am manufacturer and wholesaler of men's fancy shirts and Shorts. I m doing offline wholesale business (Mainly targeting Travel/beach wear shirts/Tshirt). I am looking for an cofounder who can promote and sale my inventory online by their marketing expertise. Already tied up with CA with 1/3rd equity/profit sharing. so final equation will be as follows with role. Me - (1/3) My investment will be in inventory. product development/production/dispatches will be taken care by me. Product photography will be done by me and CA - (1/3) Company with GST registration will be on his name, all monthly/quarterly filling will be done by him. Digital Marketer - (1/3) Who will take care of marketing on social media, market places (Amazon/mesho etc). looking for person from Thane/Kalyan/Bhiwandi/Mumbai/Navimumbai. Thanks Sachin
