According to me you should talk more on logical data , statistics and facts with proper 3d presentation video of your full fledged business plan then show them your Pitch deck with atleast 15 page's slides also prepare your 1 min elevator decks for convincing associates then prepare yourself for potential questions related to your industry and idea even work on your business terms , Concept so that they will trust on you and and at the end of the pitches give them clean and factual 5-10 revenue models with proper scalability plan's so that they will feel fomo about your Idea

Don't sell them product or idea , sell them your vision, scalable approch and numbers about your startup .. They'll love it .

If it's the first meeting, I'd suggest you keep in mind two things: 1. Don't say EVERYTHING about your business. Discuss the vision, the market and metrics. The secrets to scaling can wait for day 2. 2. Be honest. Investors are +1 ahead of you. Be the real you and try not to fake a personality to impress. In the end they invest in the person, not the business.

investors don't look for fancy pitches. keep it simple, honest and to the point..watch few episodes of Shark Tank, identify common questions asked by the sharks, see if your pitch answers those qns, most imp is the unit economics and the market size, competitor information, burn rate and by what time will your venture turn postive. That's it. Don't go for fancy pitches. Your honesty abt your venture is your biggest tool.
