Does something similar to petpooja for restaurants exist for other retail businesses who can manage inventory, sales online, etc Ex: A local stationery shop who want to go online and track their inventory, manage online orders, etc.

Dukaan/MyDukaan is trying but honestly it's a mess. Their inventory sync fails half the time. We tried it for our gift shop - nightmare during Diwali rush. Shopify is overkill (and expensive) for small shops. There's a HUGE gap between Excel sheets and enterprise systems!
