How do you deal with low phases of your life?
I usually am numb to such things and find ways to convert that energy to come back stronger.
A lot of time is wasted by people in self sympathy and using tragedy as a way to seek attention.

obviously time gets waste because of sympathy.. its not always what we need.. but sometimes its about being practical to ourselves or may be we just need someone just to listen to us only

Sometimes you just need "patience" to pursue your passion.
No matter how much rational we tend to show ourselves
We have a natural tendency of liking or disliking people at first view, I don't know how it is rooted in ourselves but it is there.
We should always judge ourselves back why I disliked him is it
