How do you deal with low phases of your life? I usually am numb to such things and find ways to convert that energy to come back stronger. A lot of time is wasted by people in self sympathy and using tragedy as a way to seek attention.

Bad phases come and go. Don’t waste time feeling sorry for yourself. Stay calm, focus on what you can change, and use the pain to grow stronger. Tough times build strength—if you let them.
