Why my DMs are off its says complete over 70% profile but I have filled everything available for me to fill??

just to note markets, govt institutions and banks will be closed tomorrow on the occassion of holi

have been trying to open the dms , but it says "complete 70% of the profile" but, I dont have anything left to be filled in my profile

PNB Customers (Account holder) update his his KYC before 10th April otherwise account will be closed
