Shark Tank India S4 EP8 Pitch 2 - Godevil Vinish Arya and Angel Arya are the founders of Go Devil, an online fashion brand which sells casual, athletic, streetwear and activewear. Go Devil products are size inclusive. It aims to expand its reach and become a globally recognized brand. Starting their business in 2022, they currently they have served over 1 lakh orders. They own a manufacturing unit capable of producing 5000 units per day, with the potential to launch a new collection every month. Vinish, originally from Karnal, Haryana, was passionate about business. In 1988, he started an export business to the USA, but it was affected by the American recession in 2008. In 2010, he pivoted to the garment business, which also showed down during the COVID. In 2021, he launched Go Devil, aiming to build a brand and slowdown exports. Angel Arya is a fashion communication and styling student at Atlas Skilltech University, Mumbai. She plays a role in designing products and contributing her expertise to building Go Devil. Go Devil oversized t-shirts at Go Devil are priced a Rs. 999 while the co-ord sets range from Rs,1599 to Rs.2399. They have also introduced additional sizes for oversized men, including 3XL, 4XL and 5XL, which brings their average selling price to around Rs.2099. The Equity split for Go Devil is as follows - 60% with Vinish, 10% with Angel, 15% with Akash Sinha, 15% with Aditya Choudhary. Ask - Rs. 80 lakhs for 2% Equity Deal - No Investors perspective - 1) negative EBITDA instead of so many years of experience of Vinish in fashion industry 2) Too many SKU's at this early stage.
