From what I know, it is pretty messy. Students are missing certain placements and sometimes they apply for positions they aren't eligible for. Each job posting is unclear and sometimes missing information. Placement officers get asked the same question about the same position from many different people and they don't respond to everyone. We had a system of a telegram group and emails. They would post on groups and we would send emails if we had doubts.
