For start try to keep the fremium model only for users. Try some other monetization method. A job search is usually done when a person is unemployed and low in morale and finances. You should try to monetize the platform in other ways.

1. Launch awards/superlike 2. Monetize showcase listing by older startups promoting their startup in the list (disable voting for them) 3. Partner with startups to give away 6 months free tools 4. Promote brands in newsletters These are just top of my head. Main thing is try to get money out of corporates rather than users as much as possible.
