was expecting some users on the board to write something like this let say if i pay medial 89 rupees n i got a job n let say company does not pay after a month than. let say company hires u on the basis of medial n than one fine morning he loots that company in terms of cash n he does siyonara to that company his her mobile switch off than whom they callat medial number how does medial responds to it because u have charged to the user. above all practical thinking a person give ref on good faith n he ditches it has happened here medial is charging money so.. think like out of the box scenarion a win win situatiion to three medial,user n company. yes there will be noise but best of luck
