Groww is going IPO 📈 Groww, India’s largest retail stockbroker, is planning to file for an IPO within the next 10–12 months. -> The targeted valuation 💸 - $6 billion to $8 billion, over double its last valuation of $3 billion in October 2021. -> This will be the first IPO by a digital trading platform in India. -> Backed by Peak XV, Tiger Global, and Alkeon, Groww shifted its domicile to India from the U.S. last year as part of its IPO preparation. 🌎 Groww recorded 13.2 million active users in December, compared to Zerodha’s 8.1 million, and is adding 325,000 to 550,000 new users monthly.
