I suggest Java/.Net for backend and Angular/Next/Remix for frontend. You can build Mobile Apps using Kotlin/React Native/ Flutter. If you have a videos section, I suggest using AWS Media manager for Optimising and encrypting videos, so that users cannot download them without permission
