Guys, I read in reviews about ola that She booked the ride at a certain price but after reaching the destination, price increased and she had to pay more...while it was not mentioned at starting.. Can someone confirm if it is true or not?

Yes, it can happen due to route changes, traffic, or tolls. If unfair, you can raise a complaint in the app for clarification or refund.
I also read there that they don't refund and even their customer service is so worst.. don't pick calls, don't reply to emails and all all ..
