During one of my interview, interviewer said that talking about psychology and mental health doesn't matter at all and it's just waste of time. We shouldn't think about it that much. what do you think? I'd like to know your opinions. please express

This line from Mark Zuckerberg " ideas doesn't come naturally, it comes naturally when you start working on it". I think in my case it was so true. Stop doubting yourself.
