hey,thank you for commenting. I think that idea has potential and is a real need. it comes down to how you can differentiate yourself from other apps in the market and probably gamify it so people actually use given how apps or mental health apps in generally have a lot of friction. you would have to position it in a desirable way so people use it everyday.
