Please clarify me.... If I want to approach someone to be my co-founder, and that particular person has good recognition in that industry and already in the business (not similar) but in same industry. So.. Is it safe to discuss my idea with him? Should I require NDA to secure my idea? Or Don't need to worry in discussion?
