I am so happy that this year I could make a meaningful change. Here is before vs after an average Sunday in 2024 vs in 2025. All I did was remove all the Social media apps. The problem with me is I should have them in my phone and still have the control to not open them but sadly I have not reached that state yet. Till then this feels good.
