I am so happy that this year I could make a meaningful change. Here is before vs after an average Sunday in 2024 vs in 2025. All I did was remove all the Social media apps. The problem with me is I should have them in my phone and still have the control to not open them but sadly I have not reached that state yet. Till then this feels good.

instead getting away from social media, use those in your desktop. you will not get stuck as UI isn't as great as phone. and deleting them from your phone is the best idea👍
