Unemployment rate in India - From 2008 to 2024 I’ve observed that a significant number of young people today are caught up in distractions like endlessly scrolling reels, consuming explicit content, playing video games, and wasting time on meaningless gossip. On top of that, many unemployed individuals spend their days on social media, often spreading negativity, using abusive language, and creating unnecessary hatred. This constant cycle of unproductive behavior not only affects their mindset but also builds a toxic environment online. Instead of focusing on personal growth, developing skills, or pursuing meaningful goals, they’re stuck in this loop that ultimately harms their future. The lack of direction and purpose is evident, and over time, it starts reflecting in their attitude, relationships, and lifestyle. What’s even more worrying is how this normalizes negativity and unproductive habits, making it harder for them to break free and build something meaningful for themselves.
