well this will be my personal opinion so please don't take it to heart or be offended anyway. as a graphic designer and advertiser, I will just place my analysis of what I have seen till now. and I don't know what your brief was nor the thought process behind the proposed idea's so please just choose anyone you are inclined to. I will tell you about two cases to support my observation. first will be of Nike, although the logo is among most prominent ones available. but it was initially brought for $70 as per my knowledge but the female who designed it was hired inhouse and don't forget the efforts that went behind it to make it popular. when ge decided to refresh logo they were excited to choose the layout with a circle and four waves added to their existing logo and they happily paid few million for it. so either publish the brief along with layouts or explain why this. I won't agree to trendy or today's. but if you don't want to run this business for long you can take it.
