So I have a start-up Idea and I pitched it to a VC and they showed intrest and want to give me a offer but it's been a 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from them, does that mean they have lost the intrest or they are still working on the offer ?

This is Glukos brand in US market doing really well, I think you guys should start focusing on this product research and taste.
