So I have a start-up Idea and I pitched it to a VC and they showed intrest and want to give me a offer but it's been a 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from them, does that mean they have lost the intrest or they are still working on the offer ?

so basically they want ted 4% equity for finding a investor I said I will give you 2% and now they are saying they are working on the offer I also get its holiday season going ...........and also it's a well-known VC firm from Dubai
