So I have a start-up Idea and I pitched it to a VC and they showed intrest and want to give me a offer but it's been a 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from them, does that mean they have lost the intrest or they are still working on the offer ?

so basically they wanted 4% equity for finding me a investor but I said I will give them 2% and they said they will work on the offer and reply soon,I also understand it's holiday season and they can take time.....it was on 23 dec
