But, still why is everyone leaning towards funding rather than bootstrapping?
From my understanding, people have fear, lack of resources, and validation. What is your opinion?

for most start-ups yes. Imo funding should be raised when your idea really had a huge potential to grow or else it's not worth it for investors

Why are every Start-Ups running after Funding?
They can build a business like Zerodha. Do business on your money and become profitable. Investors will pressure you to get their money back and many start ups have failed after getting money.
Can someone create a Google sheet with list of all start ups that have raised in 2024? More columns can be added like month raised, cheque size, fund name etc. It will be gold for entrepreneurs.
