yes sure. Actually I have used LinkedIn for that. first of all choose any niche in which you are comfortable like i shed to write about technical stuff, personal branding, finance and your content should be very valuable because free and valuable content attracts people daily and after that you can just give some links like whatsapp, telegram where you can connect more with the people. I made 2-3 groups where I used to provide free resources and helped people in jobs, interviews etc. I also conducted different free webinars. and I was doing it consistently on a daily basis which helped me in making some good connections and networking and slowly I have launched my paid sevices.
