In yesterday's YCom video on Youtube, Jared Friedman shared his prediction: by 2025, we might be able to have Zoom calls with AI. Iโ€™ve been experimenting with a product concept - an AI agent designed to conduct moderated CX and UX interviews at scale. During the user testing with my prototype (Chat interface powered AI Interviewer), I discovered something interesting: ๐Ÿ›‘ Test users didnโ€™t enjoy typing their responses in a chat interface. โœ‚๏ธ They shortened their answers, and this dampened the depth and authenticity of their emotions. ๐Ÿ’ญ What if we took Jaredโ€™s prediction and gave this AI agent a lifelike avatar? Imagine an AI interviewer with real facial expressions and body movements, making the interaction feel natural and conversational. Users wouldnโ€™t hold back their thoughts or emotions, leading to richer insights. ๐Ÿค” What if these avatars were fun and memorable? Picture your AI interviewer as Spider-Man, Homer Simpson, or even brand mascot! Adding a mockup of my concept.
