Hi, I need your help in business share calculation for my upcoming business. I wanted to start a business in 2017 and started gathering required information and gained complete knowledge on the business setup and running. Now in 2025, we are planning to start the business with a startup capital of 50 Lakhs. I am investing around 25 Lakhs and I have already invested a lot of time in business planning. I have few colleagues who are interested in investing between 5 to 10 Lakhs each. How should I calculate the shares between us? If we calculate by dividing 50L by 100, then for 1 Lakh it will be 2% of share. Since I have spent a lot of time in business planning and I have to take care of business at every step, How much should be my share? Please suggest any book/articles for financial planning and business related. Thanks in advance.
