Think from the customer's perspective, a customer doesn't care where you get their groceries from or how you get it delivered. In this quick comm market there's already a lot of competition with competitors like flipkart and amazon and don't you think that pay later option is just a feature that can be implemented by these big giants in a day or two, you can't build your business solely based on a feature

but the thing is they are mostly almost concentrated on tier 1 cities only but through this idea even tier 3 cities and some big towns can be covered by a single dark stores placed for town and in grocery sector especially other than tier 1 and tier 2 cities the grocery sector is unorganised and people in towns and tier 3 almost prefer store which offering groceries for debt and even if some one giving for discount they only prefer in debt form which is almost like paylater.
