Is it worth to go to Europe and understand start up culture and then come back to India to start a good company

I’ve been to Europe, and life there felt so easy and balanced. People value experiences over material things, and there’s a real focus on living well—public transport works, healthcare is accessible, and work-life balance is actually a thing. Back in India, it’s a whole different story. People are obsessed with status and constantly chasing material success. It feels like everyone’s in a race, but no one knows the finish line. It’s no surprise people are rushing to Europe. It’s not just about better jobs—it’s about a better life. Honestly, it felt like heaven. Would I go back? Absolutely. Planning of settling down in Portugal

We all know the drill with "Manager Mode"-hire great people, give them space, and manage through layers. It’s the classic approach, polished and perfected in business schools. But here’s the catch: it often leaves room for what I like to call “profes

More people need to realize that life doesn’t hurt you, you hurt yourself by reacting to life, and you have zero control over what life decides to do.
