R7 Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. At R7 Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd., we are expanding our existing footwear upper manufacturing business by launching a specialized B2B platform, similar to IndiaMART, exclusively focused on the footwear industry. This digital platform will serve as a bridge connecting manufacturers and wholesalers directly with retailers across India. In addition, we are establishing our own buying house dedicated to ladies' footwear. Through this initiative, manufacturers will collaborate with our buying house to produce unique and competitively priced designs. We are launching this project in Lucknow, with the support of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, fostering growth in the local footwear manufacturing sector. Currently, we are seeking a small investment to cover the remaining funding required for the successful launch and operation of this venture.
