Help me out Guys 🚨🚨 i really want you suggestions. We are in the early stages of launching our startup and currently not generating revenue. Our focus is on validating the idea by testing product-market fit. While we are willing to invest and operate on a limited budget, our approach is to start small by selling around 200 units through online marketplaces. The production is fully outsourced to licensed vendors, ensuring compliance on their part. At this stage, we’re considering registering under MSME for basic legitimacy, as formal incorporation might not be necessary yet. Although we can’t reveal the exact product category at this point, we can share that it’s something closely aligned with the concept of coffee sachets. Our goal is to understand the product's potential and scale quickly if it performs well. And we are not aiming for any Funding and all the buz ,first we just want to start. Would love to hear insights or suggestions from the community .

"Maybe it's a flavored coffee or mint-based coffee sachet, but let's say you're selling flavored coffee sachets and you have proper tax receipts, food licensing, and your outsourcing partner is following all the legal formalities, hygiene standards, and food industry regulations—then you're doing really good work. However, hypothetically speaking, if one day your 200 units affect your customer base and cause serious health problems, then firstly, it's a direct liability on you, not your company. Your outsourcing partner can, at any time, dismiss such issues, as they have the authority to declare bankruptcy because of pvt Ltd allows us limited liability but msme is not

it's too vague and probably won't work until you decide to start mentioning your product category or something. Thoughts on "hypothetical examples" would rarely give any value.
