your cicumstances matches with me, i also want to build my my own game development studio but i u not even have enough funding to buy a good graphics card so that i can do freelancing. currently i am doing bca and to be honest according to my vision every degree whether it is mba or mbbs or mca is worthless in our country except some students. i would suggest you to do teaching to the fellow students afterall you are a mbbs beacuse in part time, your labour and payment ratio will be 10: 1 or worst so i would suggest you to go for private tutions.
