just availability of rare medicines which are not available in offline stores can be a factor. and quick delivery is always a factor as the humans nowadays do not have patience like before. giving free health checkups could set you apart as you could give that service at their home. And if there was a ai setting through which just with a pic of prescription there are different duration we consume different medicines the amount should be added automatically to cart and we can reduce it later if we don't want to order everything at once.
