hi Chetan, This is not possible on many Places because of the reason Almost 90% of tickets are registered by customer Name and their some personal details.

Real Problem? Yes, people often end up with unused tickets they can’t refund, so a swap platform solves that waste issue but i think it will naturally transform into a tickets reselling platform at inflated prices and thats illegal in a few states in india

why will i want to exchange my tickets, won't I buy it directly and the first place and that's going to be nothing bt people will just ask for money in the place of an exchanged ticket and also how is that going to help the founder like there isn't any Saas model or platform fee and all revolving around this.
