i really wonder how the export business works. what are the obligations to follow. and how much money is initially needed in following all the protocols. if anyone could explain.

You don’t have to do everything on your own. There are export promotion councils, customs brokers, and freight forwarders who can handle much of the complexity, especially for a small fee.

Initial costs vary, but they aren’t small. You’ll need to factor in registration and licensing fees like IEC, transportation costs, packaging, insurance, and potentially customs duties. Depending on the product and destination, you could be looking at anywhere from ₹50,000 to ₹5 lakh or more in the initial phase

Exporting is more than just shipping goods abroad. It involves understanding international trade laws, tariffs, customs duties, and regulations of both the exporting and importing countries. You need to know how to classify products correctly, prepare proper documentation. Its too complicated to explain over here... watch sonmething on youtube for deeper understyanding
