Make sure that all of them are anyhow related to my idea, then make a chart on their user base, market cap and their tech stack that they used and also their pricings, do this with the real time data. analyse the past and the present market trend this industry, then tell me whether I should invest my time in this or not, also whether this will be a good product from the future aspects of not. What different things I can do from my competitor that they are not doing. Now, after all of this, here is my budget and [xyz] dollars, now make a proper plan for me along with the skill set I need to learn. And reply with your criticism and the reality so that I can proceed. I don't want you to behave as a Yes man !
