I know little about servers. We can buy refurbished servers at the lowest price but cannot guarantee for high loads and longer runtime. if we want to have our server up 24/7/365 then we must go for co-location . To know which one suits better, Get one dedicated server from cloud providers like Vultr, Linode, Digital Ocean etc... Later you can decide based on their performance.
