Well it's already did by many people's but in unorganised way because company needs genuine and skilled employee referral for hiring instantly without wasting any resources so they rely on that but if people's start making money from it by partnering with any app then companies will not gonna accept your refferal proposal because it's against the work ethics and company policies so at the end of the day it's okay until you're doing this Under the table .
