Then, what's stopping them? ---- It’s the inner resistance boundary, which is developed over time due to our surroundings and the environment in which we grew up. But these boundaries are breakable. How? ↳ Start, no matter what. Whatever you want to do—whether it’s posting on social media, public speaking etc. ↳ It won’t be perfect initially, but keep in mind that it will improve over time. Start with whatever you know and focus on improving slowly. The best way to learn is to observe others.
