Do a Google search and create a dictionary where the keys are various food items and actions, and the corresponding values are their predominant gunas. Write a python function analyze_gunas that takes a list of the actions performed and food items eaten by a person on a given day, and outputs the average of the guna values for that person on that day (assume Sattva to have a numerical value of +1, Tamas to be -1 and Rajas to be 0). To make it more realistic, the values for each key of your dictionary can range from -10 (extreme tamasic) to +10 (extreme sattvik).
