Turning ideas into B...ย โขย 4m
You are saying that by paying 5K room and 4K food to stay in this dome, no one is going to stay in it for a long time. Let me tell you about its problems. 1. Perception Problem: Even with good facilities, people may feel inferior staying in a dome and prefer a small room instead (typical Indian mindset). 2. Land Issues: City land is expensive, and owners prefer using it for more profitable purposes than domes. 3. No Stability: I don't think anyone will give you land agreements for 1-2 years and any development will force you to move the dome elsewhere, making it inconvenient and costly. 4. Terrace Challenges: Domes on terraces could work, but people would face problems like climbing stairs or lifts, and dealing with heat, rain, or storms. 5. Bathroom Setup: Establishing seperate bathrooms may not feel practical or comfortable.
