Land Issues: City land is expensive, and owners prefer using it for more profitable purposes than domes. 3. No Stability: I don't think anyone will give you land agreements for 1-2 years and any development will force you to move the dome elsewhere, making it inconvenient and costly. 4. Terrace Challenges: Domes on terraces could work, but people would face problems like climbing stairs or lifts, and dealing with heat, rain, or storms. 5. Bathroom Setup: Establishing seperate bathrooms may not feel practical or comfortable.
