The key difference here is that our platform focuses solely on new construction and under-construction projects, offering unique value with no middlemen and no buyer charges. Additionally, we will drive traffic through targeted marketing, partnerships with developers, and a seamless, user-focused experience that existing platforms lack. There are also key factors in my concept that I can’t discuss on a public platform
