brun in this business margins are very thin until and unless you're not using all these scraps effectively and creating something revenue generatable product from it then logistics and distribution cost is really high , if you collect from every home or office also you need to give commission then people's will get really less margins so why they will prefer to use your service and nowadays few apps are also working on this model after all these things you need to understand that creating proper recycling plant and automation will give you good business

i think a startup for this already exists in "scrapuncle". They were also backed by shark tank india investors. Though I think it's only limited till delhi ncr area.
