When we talk about data, it should include daily sales, expenses, active users, new customers, user feedback, and the results of any trials conducted in the app to drive improvements. It's important to track and analyze whether these trials should be continued, pivoted, or removed. The type of data you focus on will vary from business to business. Based on your business, the first thing you should do in the morning is review your Excel sheet data. This helps you plan your day and prioritize your tasks effectively.
