"Hello everyone, I have an idea for an online startup that may not necessarily solve a new problem, but rather provides a more convenient, confidence-boosting, and empowering solution to an existing issue. After conducting research, I couldn't find any identical services in India or possibly worldwide (although I'm not sure how to confirm this). I have a few questions and would appreciate your input: 1. Can I claim that my idea is unique in its exact form, and is it possible to register it under my name to prevent others from working on it? I'm concerned that those with more financial resources could launch a similar business before I have the means to do so. 2. If it's possible to secure legal protection for my idea, how can I go about doing so to safeguard my service and maintain a competitive edge? 3. If I'm unable to secure exclusive rights to my idea, what options do I have to pursue my business venture despite the potential for others to replicate it?"

it's not necessary for your idea to be unique! it should work untill it proves to be a better choice for your customers. and since you couldn't find any similar service, then it's probably unique as well. so just take Little feedback from your target audience and launch
