Absolutely agree. Tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney prove this. A simple prompt will give you average results, but a well-crafted one can produce mind-blowing outcomes.

Yes, and the catch here is that a course or a pre made template will not always help you, you need to experiment a lot ! Also, new age tools like Cursor and Windsurf and framer etc require well crafted prompts in order to give great results ! have you tried them !
