when you are in tech jobs as a fresher. when you are given as an owner of some project very early and there is lots of inter dependency to complete the project. the inner pressure, anxiety kills you with end date pressure and much more. As freshers we are never so reliable in the past and even you had lots of tests. there is no rule that your answer should be correct. you will be marked even for partial answers or sometimes even if it's wrong when your luck is high. but in real world things meant to be working and need to be correct in order to be useful for others. There are days when I did my work well but you need to convince the manager that your work is on track and your dependents are making it a delay with some other intermediary person. but as an owner they question you, blame you and then the pressure you get kills you. remember never run away from these situations they are meant to challenge you and teach you and make the work done. I had the same situation today. ✌🏻

I am not sure why brands when they perform average they just want to do the ceo as a brand. Pay lots and lots on marketing and ceo’s image building. (talking about ZOMATO). Every post or reel has “Dipendsr goel” in it. Not Zomato.
