How are you gonna tackle the market rate fluctuations? Let's say this month the cost of vegetables has been increased..then how would you manage the cost in the same subscription price? And same vice versa, if the price is decreased this month, why they would pay a subscription amount higher than market price? You can maybe start initially as a big basket, understand the market and then take decision.
