and the reason is the industry itself, nowadays they are not looking for Talente, they are selecting the person who has a huge following on Instagram. and that's why most of the talented actors who didn't get a good chance are now becoming content creators. for example if one content creator who has 100k followings on instagram, they get paid 50k to 70k per 30 sec reel brand promotion. but if some brands want TVC and they want actors, so what they are making requirements : we are looking for actors who have 100k followers in Instagram and it's a one day shoot and the charge is 3-5k per day. now you decide which is better. that's the black side of the industry.
