With the course fees you'll have to even add all your expenses and like other institutions your course is also going to become expensive. I highly recommend you to teach a skill to every individual which would add an advantage in their current portfolio and increase the chances of getting the opportunity with true talent and ability. The course should be easy to learn and beneficial to everyone and the topics can be on recent enhancements of human history. I have a plan but it's going to be a two week session!
